Women need to squat and deadlift too.

Here’s Alba doing a basic strength workout. We just started the front squat, building skills.

1) Front Squat w/ 3 second pause – 3 x 5
2) Goblet squat – 30 total reps (however you want to split it up)
3) Heavy KB Deadlift – 3 x 8-10 reps
4) RKC Plank (not shown) – 2 sets
5) Battle rope mashup – 2 sets
6) Boxing
