    i decided to do this routine for 31 days straight. today's my second day and my arms are sore and my thighs are shaking like crazy during the last two moves. hahahaha i love it though. it means it's working

I'm trying this… but I mostly feel it in my lower back and painful tightening of my hips (I did have IT band muscle issues when I ws 15) but I'm starting to think that I'm never doing it right or that I'm just weaker than I thought I was (Which was already weak). Is there a reason why I mostly feel it in my lower back and hips?

  12. Adriene, I have a newly found love for yoga thanks to you! Over the years I have attended different classes and tried several dvd's and online videos and never liked any of them until I found your channel! I love all the routines I tried so far and currently doing the 30 day Yoga Revolution. I have only been using your videos for a couple of months and sometimes as little as once a week, but my body has become so strong. I can hold planks and do all kinds of things I wasn't able to before! And sleep so much better. You are great and look exactly like Alyssa Milano 🙂 thanks so much for your uplifting videos!

  23. Love this video! I found it helps a lot to use a towel with non-slip corners over my mat to keep me from sliding around while I'm going through the poses. I think a couple companies make these but I use the Mantra Yoga Towel off of Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Mantra-trade-Blue-Yoga-Towel/dp/B01MG4JJ18/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1479491837&sr=8-1&keywords=mantra+yoga+towel.
