    They are hard to find exact replacements for. Hamstring curl – Manual Negative Glute Ham Raises found in "Incredible Bodyweight Exercises" video and Leg Extension – Lunges

  4. I cant do leg extensions and hamstring curls, what can i do instead ?
    I dont have the equipment for it.
