Whew!!!! Super sweaty {and a bit nUtTy} today no cardio, but worked up the sweat {{BIG TIME}} with this lower body weighted workout.#CrushedIt

When you work the largest muscle group in your body (quads, glutes, calves, etc) you can have a killer workout when you add even 8lb weights to it. You HAVE to fight for it tho! You have to bring your best self to the game!!

These reps are challenging! But when you’re done with a packed workout, you only need 30 minutes a day to achieve a fit body (along with a healthy diet!) No cheese burgers & fries ladies & gents 😉
