    Hello, I've been following the exercise program with Mike Chang in your Befit Channel for almost a year now. However, upon accessing the videos, I see that three of them are now Private Videos. I'm referring to the warm up and cool down (stretching) videos, and the shredded arms with core workout with Mike Chang. Is there anyway I can still have access to this video? I follow the program 4x a week and view them right from your Youtube Channel. I about ready to do the program for today, but I'm surprised it's now Private. Can I have access to those videos? Please? Thanks for your response.

    Should I focus on all body parts in one day, or give each one their own day? Like, upper body on a Monday and Core on Tuesday.

  5. i attend cardio courses 34 times a week, how many times should I do this leg workout at home?

  6. To be honest I've been a bit sceptical against Mike, but this was great! I tried weights at some of the workouts and it really burns now.

  11. Hey Mike this is a great glutes workout! Sexy booty is attractive both men and women. That is probably the most noticeable part in the human body! You are smiling  despite you are so tired! A job  well done dude! Hats off to you!!!

  13. He's not bad but with all do respect a bit above average. He train himself well. This session is not that impressive. I have seniors in my class more advanced. Sorry, they need to step it up.
