    Story time: I was teaching English to my 5th graders and we were learning about similes. One student gave an example of "as graceful as a swan." Another asked "what does that mean?" and long story short, my 5th graders did a set of classic swan arms. Very gracefully, if I may say so.

    I've been doing this on and off for quite a while now, but not consistently. I always found it too hard to carry and gave up about half way but today I did it completely without stopping for the first time. For anyone starting this, don't give up it will get easier trust me! It really does make a difference too. I do ballet and I've always had strong legs and ankles but weak arms and this has helped so much 🙂

  10. I did ballet for many years and thought this was going to be easy and enjoyable. Just stopped after 5 minutes and I'm just watching the video like. . .this is the hardest thing ever…and this woman is a BEAST! Respect!!!!!!!!

    Ballet workouts are very effective, lots of repetition, so quit exhausting, but very much worth the effort. I am glad I kept on going, although I had to pause a few time, my arms are ready to drop 🙂
