So this workout is for everyone and you can do it at home with no (special) equipment needed. Start off by doing 3 sets of each exercise and 10-15 reps per leg/exercise. Also try and Incorporate cardio maybe even start with a 30 minute walk 3 – 4 times a week and watch your body transform! Good luck and keep it up!
