    I've been doing these in a rush to get fit so I've been doing every exercise I see so I can get fit and I've been doing it everyday. I'm still fat tho!! Lmao

    Hi Rebecca Louise. I really enjoy your work outs. I love xhit and all the free, short workouts because I get bored doing the same video all the time, and I travel a lot so I can do these in any hotel room in the world with no equipment, AND I love that they are short because I can motivate myself to work out for 20 min. but not for 50 (like some videos). Plus I love that you can pick the work out that targets the area you need/want to work. I love xhit!! And I really love your personality. You are very positive, casual, friendly and encouraging.     my hips or like somewhere near my private spot near my bones they rlly hurt so this is difficult for me right now thanks to me chasing this boy around church only thing why i was cuz he said try to catch me and ill tell u what my cousin said about ur friend like my friend chased him so i was being smart and went the other way so then i cought up to him so like i regret running the while day basicly i was running the whole day in church wow thats just wow :0
