    I don't go to the gym. I just do these workouts. It's way more effective- and cheaper lol!

  3. do these all get easier the more you do them because I find them all quite hard to do but I really want to be slimmer and nothing seems to work 🙁

    I was about 30 seconds in and I thought: "Shit, I'm going to feel this in the morning" and I sure as hell did!!! Amazing workout! You know the workout is good when it hurts to laugh the next day….

    i drank a lot of water before doing this exercise and i feel like a tank in my stomach =) the sound is hilarious if you know what am taking about

    60 sec single leg drops
    30 sec flutter kicks
    60 sec bicycles
    30 sec heel touches
    60 sec full sit ups
    30 sec crunch pulses
    30 sec oblique crunches (per side)
    15 sec side plank pulls (per side)

    make this workout twice

  11. I do this workout 3 times a week and alternate with other chit workouts and I FEEL and look great! Thanks ! More intense ab workouts and outer butt workouts would be amazing !!!

  16. I have a really hard time with mountain climbers and holding up my weight up with my arms. is there any workouts specifically i can do to strengthen these muscles? (chest,arms??)
