  3. Omg! This is my issue! My family has the Italian thighs aka saddlebags that seem to develop early regardless of weight or activity level. I realize that in my saddle bag area – the actual pocket of fat is minimal and didn't understand why my tiny skinny legs still seem to look "bulbous". Hip dips! I don't have ENOUGH mass on my hips and it makes my thighs look large despite my diminutive size . Thanks so much!

  6. so i have hips dips due to scars on both hips, i have horrible infections and at one point was told i was going to have hip replacements however i didnt have to.. i was on meds for two months and my infection got packed twice.. do you think i still have a good chance at rebuilding my mucsle there

  9. when doing the step-ups onto a bench, I would activate the leg remaining on the floor much less. Then it would be much harder to do the step ups, no need for barbell.
