Because I had a busy full time career, I didn’t make time for sports and because I didn’t know anything about being a fitness model. I gained 15 pounds of fat, mostly around my mid-section. My husband says I could have been the face for “Flabbylicious Fitness” if I didn’t change my ways.

I was 24 and rolley for the first time in my life and never dreamed of having a fitness model body. It was really depressing. I knew I needed a change. I joined a gym and hired a personal trainer to learn the best women exercises as I was intimidated by weights and all the machines for female fitness.

I lost 12 pounds within the first month of working out. I saw muscle in my arms that I had never seen before. Of course I LOVED IT! The next few years was an on again, off again type of women exercise. When I was about to go on vacation, I would workout, drop weight and when I got back from vacation, I wasn’t motivated until it was time to leave again. Not a great strategy if you want to look like a hot fitness model.

It wasn’t until I began to become interested in nutrition, that things really changed. I hated doing these crazy diets every time I wanted to look good again. I realized the only reason I was re-bounding was related to the crazy, stupid, carb-free diets I would go on in order to lose the weight fast. Super fast weight loss does NOT exist ladies!

I began to study nutrition and became, some would say, obsessed with workout exercises for women and toning exercises for women. Plus I got crazy about learning nutrition for females. I was making better food choices and was looking pretty good. I loved the knowledge that I was gaining, especially on the best weight training exercises for women, and decided that I wanted to learn more. I became a certified personal trainer and was training all my friends and nursing colleagues. I realized that the missing component was a strong nutrition background.

I appeared in a few of Vince’s YouTube videos and then had my Facebook Inbox flooded with emails asking me for advice and I really wanted to help them discover the same info on butt workout routines that changed my body around.   3. all buttss are different if you didn't have a big ass before you are not going to get a big one by lifting …but what you will get is hopefully a nice round firm protrusion that's fucking i candy even if it isn't a big donk… for those who've always had a lil bit a butt going on then it will look bigger and better……n fyi lots of those girls you see with those big massive things dont always get them from working out the Brazilian is also achievable through surgery but either way if you workout whether or not youve had surgery your ass should look better…thats it

  4. I have been working out for little over a month now. My butt is something that I am working hard. I saw this video yesterday and thought I would give it a try when I went to the gym last night. OMG, I am I glad that I did. I felt this workout more than I felt any other workout. I am super excited to keep this in my workout routine and am looking forward to seeing the results.

  6. I can't imagine how your hips would lift up on the hamstring machine anyway.  Just by necessity your hips are glued to the bench.

  24. hi Flavia: please help me.. ive been working out for 9 months, ive lost weight, better legs.butt..arms..abs…but i guess even with those resoults they coul be better..let me tell u, i work my legs and butt 3 times per weks 10 diffrents types of exercises in each session, i want to reduces a little mi tights and get a better butt and rip the celulitis .. i dont know if this is too much for my muscle… thank u for ur help

    It really all depends on your goals. If your wanting to add muscle you may want to decrease the frequency to 2 times per week but increase the intensity.

  33. Yes, this would be fine for you to do. Start with just 1 set and work your way up to 3 – 4. Check out Flavia's blog flaviliciousfitness(dot)com, also her channel, she did a complete month series of workouts for beginners.
