    hi ive been following you for 2 days now and i love the class. you make things super easy! so thankyou for that.

    i do want to ask about the schedule though. i mean how do the parts work? do we do the 4 parts in 4 days? or do we have to do them in 1 day for the weight loss? how does this program work?

    Also, you have plenty of other weightloss videos so which one are we supposed to follow? im a bit confused so some clarification would be helpful. thanks! and keep being so awesome <3 xoxo

    This can be my first successful diet program. If only this diet would have been in living a lot sooner. Ensure that you google “sowo amazing plan”! Of all the diet programs in the world, this one is the best, I lost 8 lbs.
