    Hey, I'm wondering if this works if you have one calf larger than the other? When I was around 16 I had a tumor that was crushing the nerves in my right pelvis- an emergency surgery was done once they found it was crippling me. After I couldn't use my right leg for about two years- so I had to adjust by using a walker and balanced on my left leg. This resulted in having my left calf larger than my right. 🙁 I can walk now but I always feel so insecure… Since the difference is highly noticeable…

    I have tried this exercise for a month non stop. before bed and after I woke up every morning I will do at least raise calf. my calves are getting fit but not bulky. thanks xhit

    I have huge muscular, tight, hard, toned??? Calves. I don't know if I should do these exercises reading the mixed comments but I don't want to build them anymore …. I do do low intensity cardio though. Any ideas or thoughts?

    I did this for one day and now my calves are hurting so badly from two days… I cant even walk properly. I dont know what to do it hurts more when i try to strech my legs!
